Comprehensive Psychiatric Assessment
This is a comprehensive assessment to understand your mental health needs. We’ll talk about your symptoms, medical history, personal history, and family history. We’ll also look at everyday factors like your sleep, diet, exercise, and how you manage stress. These things can have a big impact on your mental health and help us figure out what might be affecting you and where we can help you improve.

Walk and Talk Therapy
We’ll meet you at an agreed-upon location to take a walk and have a conversation. These outdoor sessions combine talking with the natural benefits of walking. Being outside helps you relax, clear your mind, and feel better overall. Walking side by side creates a comfortable space to share your thoughts and find new perspectives. It’s a simple, refreshing way to support your personal growth.*

*May not be suitable for everyone. Will need medical clearance.

Our medication management appointments for teens and adults are here to help with issues like anxiety, depression, anger, OCD, and more. We work with you to understand your symptoms, adjust medications if needed, and support you every step of the way. We don’t just focus on prescriptions – we also make sure you understand how your medications work so you can feel more in control of your mental health. Our team is here to provide simple, caring advice to help you feel confident and informed throughout the process.

Comprehensive ADHD Assessment
Getting a proper ADHD assessment* is key to understanding your condition and finding the right treatment to improve your day-to-day life. These assessments help pinpoint ADHD symptoms and provide tools to better manage emotions. Many people with ADHD struggle with feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or acting impulsively, both socially and personally. Catching it early can help you feel more balanced and improve your mental health. Here’s how it helps:
- Getting the right diagnosis early
- Spotting any other related issues
- Creating a treatment plan that works for you
- Doing better at school or work
- Building stronger relationships
- Managing emotions more effectively
*A full ADHD assessment may take a few sessions. It usually includes interviews, standardized tests, and lab work before making a diagnosis or starting treatment.
